SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Body and Co. will dispatch the programs within 2-4 working days after you finalize the payment and send transaction details. We use JNE Regular as default service for shipping. Please choose which options you want to use based on your shipping address. This shipping fee is fee per KG and from Bali. If you want to have a one day service from JNE, kindly send your request on your order by putting the info on a note. If you do not find your area, please choose the closest area to your shipping address.
The time your purchase takes to be delivered varies depending on your delivery address and delivery method you choose (if you want the one day service instead of our default regular one). We will shoot you an email with the tracking number for your convenience to track your purchase once we ship your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Body and Co. wants you love your chosen programs and we will do the best to ensure your satisfaction. Should there be anything we can do to make every thing alright, please send us an email with your order number details to start our exchange process.

When your order was not received or damaged
Please shoot us an email as above to report any damages or missing product. For damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please report damages within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Please enclose supported documentation such as photos of product and packaging. For missing product, please give us the detail of the courier and we may wait for few days and if there is no sign, we will send you a replacement as well at no cost.
